I am interested in the ongoing care of patients with both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. The complex and chronic nature of this condition provides significant management challenges, and the care of patients with diabetes can therefore be very rewarding. I follow these patients in my general endocrine clinics as well as in dedicated diabetes clinics. I also provide pre-pregnancy counseling for women with diabetes, as well as management of diabetes in pregnancy, in these clinics, the Endocrine Preconception and Pregnancy Program at Women's College Hospital, and the Endocrine Obstetrical clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
