I work in the Diabetes Clinic in the Diabetes Education Centre at St Michael's Hospital, which has a strong focus on insulin pump therapy. Along with eight endocrinologists, there are nurses, dietitians, a chiropodist and a pharmacist.

The Centre for Complex Diabetes Care provides intensive short term care to patients with complex diabetes needs including mental health, barriers to care and complexities requiring case management. Collaborative, case managed care is provided by an interdisciplinary team including Endocrinologists, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers, a Pharmacist, and a Chiropodist.
